Jerry Lee went through an Initial Dieting Cycle (IDC) in 2007. Since then, his weight has fluctuated in a narrow range of 70 to 65 kgs (154 - 143 lbs) thanks to the customary use of either the Regular Dieting Cycle (RDC) or the Alternate Dieting Cycle (ADC). With a height of 180 cm (71"), Jerry Lee enjoys a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 21.6 to 20, which renders the use of IDC unnecessary, for now. The graph below shows how his weight has evolved over time and how many times RDC and ADC are being used per semester to lose, maintain or control weight.

Regular exercise (small walks) and/or powerful training at least once a week complements perfectly RDC and ADC as they allow users to remain close to FLP. To avoid muscle injury during or after powerful and endurance training, some extra minerals may be necessary after exercise. They usually sell with highly-enriched protein powders - even though you may not need the proteins. See here for a healthy example.
