Derived from Jerry Lee's theory on Power Valence, the natural skills needed to apply Asymmetrics come up with the following precepts:

PMs never quit their job, unless they find 'better' opportunities elsewhere. 'Better' means a job that is either better paid or/and receives greater recognition. "Better" also means a job that is easier to perform for an equal salary and ranking.

PMs who are dismissed while in good faith take advantage of new opportunities for development elsewhere. In seemingly adverse circumstances, PMs faith in their cause remains untouched, as their uprightness is rewarded by the Laws of Nature. By contrast, managers who fire indiscriminately while ignoring ongoing problems within their organization or using abusive power behave like demons would hide wounded bodies. Their attitude is anti-primary and fires back over time, as the Laws of Nature shut their doors to new horizons and development.

Psychological violence stemming from managers at the working place which incites subordinates to quit is anti-primary and heavily sanctioned by the laws of nature.

PMs may be sarcastic or have other character defects, they are always of good faith. This means, that whatever happens, their ultimate goal and responsibility is to do good. They want to reestablish harmony and peace with adversaries even if a big crisis is needed for a new deal or agreement. PMs may be furious over others' attitudes, they always have in mind the key to solving pending issues, just waiting for the right moment to present it, and seal an agreement.

PMs face pending issues or take on new diplomatic fights to assist progress. They see relational or diplomatic crisis as opportunities to materialize constructive solutions to ongoing issues. One of PMs main area of specialty is to press opponents to the Laws of Nature (the Opponents) against the wall of progress or regression.
