It provides a feeback on IPS based on Jerry Lee's personal experiences. I-sub designs and promotes views based on Primaries, a self-made theory dubbed 'Power Valence' or 'PowerV'. With 'Buyer' is also meant 'Buyers', 'User(s)' or 'Reader(s)'. The Buyer purchases a LICENCE TO DOWNLOAD AND ACCESS IPS, and to make a PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL use of the same. In the interest of all parties, the Buyer understands and EXPLICITLY AGREES - BEFORE BUYING IPS - to ALL the terms and conditions expressed herein. LIMITATIONS OF USE Any treatments or precepts proposed in IPS are based solely on the Owner's observations and personal experiences. Scientific evidence and explanations may not meet appropriate standards, since ISub does not belong to the scientific community. Many indications and recommendations in IPS are ISub's own personal views and should not be regarded in any form as binding. IPS may be appropriate for adults suffering from given physical and/or mental conditions. In some cases, IPS may treat symptoms, but not the underlying problems. The Buyer is aware that the underlying problems including lifestyles and consumption habits such as - but not restricted to - the ingestion of high quantities of sugar, salt, alcohol or any other product - especially addictive ones - or the deprivation of these same products may lead to unexpected, sometimes deviant human attitudes and other health conditions. The Buyer is also aware that some underlying problems may not be sustainable physically and/or psychologically over time and may threaten the Buyer's health despite ISub's desire to improve it. And so, Buyers agree to take ALL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ANY PHYSICAL AND/OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVERSE EFFECTS - INCLUDING FINANCIAL DAMAGE - THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE DIRECT OR INDIRECT USE OF IPS. BUYERS AGREE TO TAKE GPS AS THEY ARE. THE OWNER DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY UPDATES WHATSOEVER. Finally, the Owner does not take responsibility for a wrongful interpretation or use of IPS' content. For example, terms like 'Others' in no circumstances refer to any particular group of people, industry or profession. REFERENCES AND LINKS IPS are generally based on references and articles from the press. There is no guarantee that the links leading to these references and articles remain in place over time as they (links) are not under ISub's control and may be changed without previous warning. Buyers are advised to read these links and carry out personal research before making sound and informed judgments on the content of IPS. Furthermore, Buyers are strongly advised to reject any 'invitation' or 'cookie' that may be linked to one of the mentioned references or articles on the Web by clicking on the exit cross located at the top right corner of the window. ISub cannot accept any responsibility for any direct or indirect damage caused by hackers while Buyers surf on these links. IPS DOWNLOAD While ISub does all it reasonably can to provide Users with an enjoyable download and access experience, Buyers understand that this service also relies on third parties and that ISub cannot take responsibility for third-party system defects or other type of problems. Therefore, before purchasing IPS, Users agree that they will not make ISub liable for such problems and the costs arising thereof. PRIVACY Transmission of personal data is made through highly secured servers. The Buyer's personal details will remain STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, UNLESS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AND/OR COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT BREACHES THE PRESENT AGREEMENT. E-MAIL ADDRESSES ONLY MAY BE USED BY THE OWNER FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. PAYMENT THE BUYER'S CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED ONLY ONCE FOR THE CHOSEN PRODUCT OR PACKAGE. THE PRICE COVERS THE COST FOR ONE DOWNLOAD OF IPS. OTHER EXPENSES FOR SECONDARY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE RELATED TO DDAY15'S TREATEMENT, MUST BE COVERED BY THE BUYER. LEGAL DISPUTES IPS is protected by international copyright laws. NONE OF ITS CONTENT MAY BE REDISTRIBUTED OR COPIED, OR REPRODUCED FOR REDISTRIBUTION FOR PRIVATE OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. THE OWER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE USER'S LICENCE IMMEDIATELY ON SUSPICION OF FRAUD AND DISREGARD OF THE PRESENT AGREEMENT. In case of legal disputes, ISub reserves the absolute right to choose the court location of its choice that best suits its interests, which in principle is Zurich, Switzerland.
